Customer Service the Streamline Way
Our six-step Service Process revolves around our clients and their needs.
1- Initial Consultation and Project Qualification
2- Samples and Ideas Workshop
3- Initial Range Trials and client approval
4- System Set Up
5- Clothing Production
6- Packing and fulfillment
1. Initial Consultation and Project Qualification
After your initial inquiry, our first port of call is to qualify it and ensure we can provide the service you require. We understand that deadlines can be tight and budgets can be tighter, so we won’t waste your time if it’s a request we’re unable to fulfill.
Once your request is qualified, the next step is to gather as much information about your project as possible. This is where we meet in person or via Zoom and dive deeper into your uniform and workwear needs. For example, what problems are you trying to solve, understanding your team’s job roles, staff demographics as well as different functions within your business and safety requirements within their operation.
The key to this stage is gathering all the relevant information and getting to know your business and your needs inside out. From here we can ensure we have our best people working on your project, who know your industry and challenges to serve you best.
2. Samples and Ideas Workshop
The next stage is to share ideas and samples at in-person brand workshops where you can get a good feel for the product choices. Our wider team of clothing experts gets involved at this point in the service process. We take your ideas, needs, and wants and turn them into a product proposal, complete with garments Pantone Matched to your brand colours and a range of fabric types to help you select what works best for which function.
In this stage, we also present more information about Streamline, how we work and what comes next. Ideally, we would do these workshops in person so that there’s the opportunity for you to see product samples in real life. This is the time to really explore all the options and ensure you’re happy we have met your brief.
3. Initial Range Trials and Client Approval
So, at this point, you’ve chosen the garments you think will work best for your brand and your workforce. Next up is the trial stage. We will provide you with a range of samples so that you can try them out, show your team, and make sure they really do work for every area of your business.
Once you’re confident and happy with your product choices we can talk logistics, and delivery times, and we will give you a final quote for your order. Again, working closely with you to ensure we’re meeting your needs. When you’re happy and the project is approved, it is time to move forward to the next stage.
4- System Set Up
Once we know the garments you need, your branding requirements, and how many of each you require we can move on to system setup. We spend time setting up systems to suit our client’s specific process requirements. For example, online garment management tools allow for online ordering and stock management. It’s a simple and effective way for you to roll out branded clothing and workwear across your business from depots across the country to offices in different locations. Our online ordering portals also allow for reporting and tracking of usage at the click of a button, so you’re able to easily manage costs and stock levels.
We’ll also provide training to all of your users and are on hand to help with any issues that may arise.
5- Clothing Production
While all of the system setup is happening in the background, our in-house branding experts will get to work producing your clothing. The branding capabilities key to our clothing services is based in our Exeter hub.
Our experts utilise the latest technology to ensure the quality and consistency of finished garments. Our well-established team can deliver embroidery and heat seal ensuring perfect branding and reliable service every time.
6- Packing and fulfillment
The final, and arguably most exciting stage is packing and fulfillment. Once we have your project’s sign-off and approval, we enter the planning stage. We assign a dedicated Account Executive to manage the production of your branded clothing. From here, your dedicated Account Executive will ensure timelines are in place for bringing products into stock and putting logistics into place.
Our warehousing capability extends to more than 2000 pallet spaces across two UK sites and one European site. You can relax knowing your garments are in safe and efficient storage, saving you space and time. It also means you can take advantage of economies of scale by ordering in bulk. This ensures that items held in stock are available for next-day delivery in small or large quantities. Plus, once dispatched, you can track your order via your bespoke online portal.
