Marlowe Environmental Services was at a crossroads. In July 2024, they embarked on a bold rebranding journey—uniting multiple environmental compliance businesses under one cohesive identity. But this was no simple logo swap. It was a transformation that needed to inspire employee confidence, maintain client continuity, and ensure a seamless shift across every touchpoint—from van livery and building signage to the uniforms worn by their 1,700-strong team.

On-site engagement – To bring employees on the journey, Key Account Manager Alistair attended Marlowe’s annual conference, personally showcasing the uniforms and answering any concerns.
